The 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards Best Feature nominees include Cord Jefferson’s American Fiction, Todd Haynes’s May December, and Celine Song’s Past Lives, which are all tied with five nominations. Also competing for that award are Andrew Haigh’s All of Us Strangers, Ira Sachs’s Passages, and Minhal Baig’s We Grown Now. Saturday Night Live alum Aidy Bryant will host the awards show on Feb. 25, with the ceremony starting at 2 p.m. PT. It will stream live on Film Independent’s YouTube channel and IMDB.com from its signature Santa Monica beach tent location.
